It is a problem in JavaSVN, only on some operating systems. A fix has
been made and there is a new JavaSVN 1.0.3. You can download it and
replace the javasvn.jar in Subclipse.

There will also be a new Subclipse release sometime soon which has this
version of JavaSVN included.
