Hi,
we have the same problem as mentioned in a post some days ago,
commits are now extremely slow.
To give you an impression of what I mean, here's an apache logfile

the most interesting part here is that the two PUTs are exactly
15 seconds away from each other. When committing more files, each
put is quite exactly 15 seconds after the previous one. No idea, why
this should be neccessary.

As you see here, the two PUTs seem to be sent just one after the other
without a 15 seconds delay.
If for whatever reason such a delay is necessary (or seams reasonable),
it would be very important to make that configurable. Otherwise committing
with subclipse becomes virtually impossible.
We are using eclipse 3.1.1, subclipse 0.9.105 and javasvn 1.0.2.
