Try a fresh checkout using the latest version of Subclipse 0.9.105. I do
not remember which release, maybe 0.9.37 or 0.9.100, but a change was made
so that Eclipse should not be storing any extra copies of a Subclipse
project. Since we have the .svn folders, we do not need Eclipse to keep
another copy.
