You mean you are using Eclipse 2.x? If so, you should at least move to
the 0.9.3.3 release. If this is the case, then you also SHOULD enter
username and password in the connection.

Otherwise, did you mean 0.9.31? That would be real old too. The current
release is either 0.9.101 or 0.9.37 depending on whether you want to use
the latest non-GA Subversion code.

Commit is probably the only operation that requires authentication.
