You will actually be getting release 0.9.101

Whether you create the tag from the repositories view or your WC has
nothing to do with whether the tag is "personal" or not. Subclipse does
allow you to create a tag from your WC, but in the case of Eclipse your WC
will only be a single project as each project in your workspace is
"standalone". So if you want to tag multiple you have to do multiple
commands or do it from the repository view.
