Cancel has never been implemented on any operation. Eclipse does not allow
you disable the Cancel button on the ProgressMonitor that it shows.

All that being said, support for Cancel is implemented in trunk and will be
in the next release. Cancel works a lot better on repository commands like
commit. When you cancel something like Checkout or Update I do not believe
the Subversion library does much to clean things up. Nonetheless, it will
cancel.
