Enhancement SvnAnt

Hello,

Here is a request for enhancement of SvnAnt.

At the moment, commiting all files of a directory with SnvAnt fails when
some file is not already under version control. It should be possible to
ignore these files, just commiting those which are under version control.

My request is similar to but not same as issue 418. Issue 418 states that a
whole build should not fail if a commit task of this build fails. My
request is more specific: the commit task should not fail if some file
cannot be commited.
