Attempted commit to a file:/// repository leaves files locked

Hey gang,

I know (now) that the file:/// protocol isn't supported by subclipse,
but the problem here is that after failure, subclipse aborted its
operations, leaving the .svn files locked. A restart fixed the
problem, but I figure there should be a more graceful way to fail w/o
the leftover file locks. :-)

Subclipse has been a real blessing; thanks to everyone for all their
hard work making this plugin a reality!

Best,
jL
