Label Decoration not Updating Correctly

Dan -

It's nothing that obvious. I did modify the files outside of Eclipse
but refreshed multiple times (and I have the Eclipse preference set to
refresh on startup too). I have some additional interesting info
related to this problem. Today I tried to see if I could duplicate the
problem on another Win XP machine, this one running Eclipse 3.1.1 and
Subversion 0.9.37.

In my toy project I had two directories, each with a couple of non-java
text files. Outside of Eclipse I edited one file in each working copy
directory. I refreshed the directories in Eclipse and neither file was
marked as modified in the Navigator. I ran svn status on the command
line and they both show as modified. Now it gets even more
interesting. Outside of Eclipse I copied a java file into each working
copy directory, then refreshed. The java file labels marked them as new
unversioned files and, get this, the files modified earlier were now
marked as modified!

I'm running these tests on the same machine hosting Subversion,
accessing the repositiory via the local file protocol. I have my
Subclipse preferences set to use the command line interface to
Subversion (but the problem has shown up with the other interface modes).

Any ideas?
Bob
