user name bug report

Trying to get subclipse working (0.9.35/6) on Eclipse 3.1 with
svn+ssh:// (JavaSVN selected in SVN prefs)
After adding a repository location, and then trying to connect to the
repository the dialog pops up with windows XP login name as username in
dialog. I enter the username for the destination server, and password.
On attempting to connect the login name sent to server is my XP login,
not the one I just entered. This was confirmed by the sysadmin on the
repository server.

thx
