There was an issue entered recently relating to copy, but I think it was
more about Eclipse not having a way to tell us about the Copy so we could
do an svn copy.
Ultimately, I do not *think* this is a bug in Subclipse. We implement an
Eclipse "move/delete hook" and Eclipse tells us when something is deleted.
It isn't the other way around. So if Eclipse behaves differently with one
operation vs. another, it is more likely an Eclipse issue. For example, if
you dragged and dropped a file from your file system into Eclipse 2.x,
Eclipse issued the Delete API. They treated this as a bug and fixed it in
Eclipse 3.x. It sounds like your Copy and Paste scenario is a similar bug.
