Some of Japanese is not friendly about English. This localized patch
will encourage such user to use subclipse. I strongly hope you provide
localized message.

By the way, we are writing the artice about subclipse in Japanese. If
you take this patch and release officialy soon, we could write the
article with Japanese screen shot and promote subclipse is friendly
for Japanese people.

Do you have any plan about providing localized messages?
