AW: User and Pass is always asked

Hi Alexander

Thx for your reply, but that still doesn't work. In the FAQ it says that
Eclipse will always prompt for U/P because subclipse doesn't get information
from the adapter if it should prompt or not...
It provides the "solution" to just leave the fields empty and just click
"OK". But I can't click "OK" because it's greyed out AND unpressable...
