The repository browser does not allow you to browse above the URL you
defined. The problem in this case seems to be that when you checked out
the project a new repository URL was created. I have no idea how or why
that would happen, but that is where the problem lies.

Are you sure the other location did not already exist? I could potentially
see this happening in that scenario.

Try disconnecting the project (making sure to leave the .svn metadata
folders in tact). Team -> Disconnect Project.

Then in the Repositories view, delete the connection for the longer URL and
make sure you can still browse the other one.

Then go back to your project and do Team -> Share Project. It should
recognize the .svn folders and offer to reconnect the project. Hopefully,
it will reconnect it to the existing repository connection. If it doesn't,
then it seems like it must not be matching up with it for some reason.
Perhaps a subtle difference in case or something?
