Status decoration update after property change.

Hello,

I just did the following (Eclipse 3.2M2, Subclipse 0.9.34.2 with JavaSVN):

Set property on a file: file is decorated as modified.
Delete added property: file is still decorated as modified.

Command line status reports that file is not modified, I also checked that
SVNClient.singleStatus(...) reports unmodified status for that file (JavaSVN
implementation), also calling "revert" on that file do nothing, that means
that Subclipse receives correct status for that file when checks whether the
file is revertable. However decoration was not updated properly after
property deletion that restores original set of properties.
