Eclipse has a workspace-wide ignore capability already and Subclipse does
support it. It is in preferences under Team. I am simply saying that
doing the ignore at the Subversion level is better for you so that you do
not ever accidentally commit something using TortoiseSVN. If you ignore
at the Subversion level, this will not happen.
