What do you mean with "Maybe it has to do..."? What shall I do?
 
For the RE:-Chain: If you want to solve the RE:-Problem *actually* you need to switch to NNTP based newsgroups instead of misusing POP3/SMTP for building blackboards. ;-))

Maybe it has something to do with root URL of the repository.
