I hadn't forgotten about this one.

I just fixed a NPE in this same area today. Since I was there, I thought
I would give this a try. I cannot recreate it with the current trunk. I
think the fix I did for the NPE might have also fixed this problem. It
looks like we might not have been properly checking your answer from that
dialog.

There have been other checkout changes since the last release too, so it
is possible that those are where this was actually fixed.
