Installing Subclipse update

Hello,

I am trying to update subclipse from 0.9.28 to 0.9.32. Unfortunately, I am
behind a proxy and therefore need an alternative installation procedure.
Step 3 of the installation guide says the following:

You want to click on the New Remote Site button. If you are behind a proxy
and the Eclipse install mechanism does not work, then you can download a
zipped version of the update site and then click the New Local Site button
instead.

My question is this: where do I find the zipped version of the update site.
