   By the way, the purpose of this view somehow corrlate with goals of
Mylar tool (see http://eclipse.org/mylar ). The idea is to hide
irrelelevant resources from the developer, so potentially "pending
view" can use information collected by Mylar to track relevant
resources within current session.

   There are some other interesting integration points that could work
trough Mylar, but most likely will require some collaboration with
Eclipse Team/CVS development...
