'Fraid not. When I first started using Subclipse and discovered the
need to compile JavaHL which appeared to necessitate downloading and
compiling the whole of Subversion I bailed out and went for JavaSVN.

I would vote for key file and use ssh-agent. Also since ~/.ssh/id_dsa
is a standard name perhaps this should be the default so you don't need
to specify the key file either.
