Commits in different projects results in separate commits

Hi guys.

I've got a bit of a problem with subclipse effecting breaking subversions
ideology of atomic commits, when committing multiple projects at the same
time.

If I make changes across multiple (and dependent) projects and commit I
require that the whole commit to be a single "atomic" commit, however
subclipse doesn't a separate commit for each project rather than one big
commit.

It's quite an important "failure" in my eyes, especially since my product is
plugin based a-la eclipse.

Any thoughts?

Greg.
