When you create a new Java project, the default is to use the project
folder for source (no src/bin folders). Take that default. Then no extra
folders are created. After checkout, just go back to the properties and
tell it your src folder and everything will work. This HAS to be the way
it worked prior to 0.9.33 since we deleted the file that contained this
information. So even, if you told it to create the src folder, we deleted
that folder and also deleted the file that said you wanted a src folder.

So there really aren't any more steps.

I will try to recreate the problem. It sounds like it probably had a
failure in trying to delete the folder.
