Create a copy (branch the head version) fails with no error message when branch already exits

Hello,

when trying to create a branch which already exists in the repository, the
user doesn't get feedback that the operation failed. Also no output
besides the command which is executed is written in the svn console.
This behavior was found using subclipse 0.9.33 on windows.

When using the subversion command line client directly, the user gets the
correct error message, that the path 'branches/branchname' already exists.

Is this a know problem?

Thanks for help.
