Subclipse: Authentication cancelled using SVN 1.2.1

I have the GA version of Eclipse3.1 and I installed the latest SVN1.2.1
on my Linux box via RPM from DAG's site as recommended by the SubVersion
downloads site. Through TortoiseSVN, I am able to access my SVN1.0
repository and my SVN1.2.1 repository. I am able to access the SVN1.0
repository through SubClipse 0.9.33, but am unable to access the
SVN1.2.1 repository via Subclipse 0.9.33 because I'm still getting the
"Authentication cancelled" message. I don't want to put any
user-specific key settings in my svnserve.conf file because it's being
used by multiple developers. Also, I don't want to clear the cache for
SubClipse 0.9.33 because I'm still using it for my SVN1.0 repository.
Mark mentioned something about specifying a new config location being an
unreliable workaround. What other options do I have if I:

1. Want to run a SVN1.0 repository on Linux box A with ssh access
2. Want to run a SVN1.2 repository on Linux box B with ssh access
3. Want to be able to access BOTH using SubClipse?

Sincerely,
