I think I figured out what I was looking at. It's better indicated in
0.9.33, but I think that what happened was I set a property in the
project by adding something to the svn:ignore and when I synchronized
it was telling me the project had an outgoing change but it wasn't
referring to any particular file. That part confused me. It appears
in 0.9.33, that when you set a property you a get a little aseterik
on the project icon in the Java perspective, is that correct? Does
the help describe any of the other visual cues of the software, like
the asterik, etc.? It didn't look like it was mentioned anywhere.
