I assume you are using 0.9.32? If there is a stack trace in the .log file
that might help. There are more Synch changes coming in the next release.
 You can always use Commit and Update options until then.

As an aside, does putting that folder under version control even work? I
know that RSE has its own Team feature that in theory could work with SVN.
 Maybe that is what you are doing? If you are just doing this from the
Resource navigator view that might not be a good idea. I have never
tested the RSE team stuff as I never saw much value in sharing that info.
