That is what I answered in the other email. It is theoretically possible
that we could be enhanced to do something in that scenario. I am not sure
what. Just because it is missing does not mean that doing an automatic
delete is necessarily the correct thing to be doing.

More importantly, if it is missing because you moved the file we cannot do
anything about that (in terms of preserving the relationship).
