There are many things which Eclipse + subversion or Eclipse + CVS don't
do. Thats fine. The problem arises when I don't know what they are :-)

Going of on a tangent here....

There are certain things that *no* version control system does as of
today even.

E.g. Eclipse has wonderful refactoring, but w.r.t. vcs refactoring
introduces compare noise.

How about being able to compare versions but just like it is possible to
tell the compare facility to ignore whitespace, it would be nice to tell
the compare facility to ignore refactorings.

Oh, I also want to create patches that work across refactorings.
