You install it the same as you do in Eclipse. Just do Help -> Software
Updates -> Find and Install. Then enter follow the wizard and create a
remote update site for http://subclipse.tigris.org/update

One thing to watch out for is that RAD makes use of the "Capabilities"
feature of Eclipse and by default the Core Team Support is turned off.
Turn this on in Preferences under Workbench -> Capabilities.

I also typically go to Workbench -> Startup and turn off the ClearCase
stuff that gets started.
