minor annoyance with 0.9.32

Hello,

I just migrated to 0.9.32 on my Windows2000 machine. I am not exactly sure if
the problem below has appeared with the new release, but here goes:

I have modified only one file.
I open the synchronize view by selecting Team->Synchronize With Repository.
The synchronize view shows the outgoing change
I choose commit with the one file selected

After this, I still see the outgoing change in the synchronize view, and the
package explorer shows the usual modification markers. Only when I refresh the
project, the file dissapears from the view, and the markers are removed.
