svn+svc, plink.exe and dos window popup

Hi everybody,

just figured out how to configure subclipse using jni + putty (i.e. +
subversion 1.2.0 for windows + plink + pageant). What I can't really
figure out is there is a way to avoid that horrible dos plink.exe window
that pop up at every svn operation subclipse does.

I've read the docs but some things are not very clear with team
synchronization

1) why some files are not sync by default (like .classpath and
.project)? to prevent bugging other users using other IDEs?
2) if (1) it's true I could "remove from view" the nevfer sync files
just not to be confused by those never synced files... well I did but I
also mistakenly removed from view a file that needed to be synced, I
guess is not a big problem because I can always commit the change but is
there a way to "add to view"?

THanks
