That sounds like what happens when the command line adapter is being used,
although even in that case, I think it has been a long time and many
releases since you saw a console pop up. Perhaps something about the RAD
environment overrides whatever was done to fix that.

Nonetheless, when using JavaHL, you would not receive any consoles and
JavaHL should be what Windows is using. Check your preferences and see if
there is an error relating to JavaHL.

Finally, are you sure the consoles are not from something else? Are you
accessing a local repository? Could the console be a hook script?
