This sounds like a problem that a lot of people have where the path to
their workspace in Eclipse is capitalized differently from the filesystem.
 Try using the Switch Workspace option and then use the Browse button to
select it using the file chooser. Or, if you did this with a shortcut,
look at the -data option to see if the capitalization matches.

There is an Eclipse bug open for this problem, and in the next release of
Subclipse we check for it and give you a warning so that you can fix the
problem.
