1.2 will not work with Subclipse unless you are building Subclipse from
source.
Yes, this problem is fixed. I have tested the scenarios I know about to
confirm this. There might be a few places where this problem will
resurface but if they do, the JavaHL API has been enhanced such that they
should be easy to fix.
