It looks like it isn't finding the JavaHL DLL's. The errors reference the
command line adapter. I seem to recall that copying the DLL's to the
eclipse folder under C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\I do not
remember the rest of the path\eclipse did it. The idea is to put them in
the folder that is the "working directory" when WDSC is started. It really
can just be anywhere on the PATH. Normal Windows DLL loading rules apply.

The other issue to watch out for, and it might be what is biting you is
dependency conflicts. For example, the OpenSSL DLL libeay32.dll is
frequently in your C:\Windows\System32 folder and it is very often an
incompatible version.

As for the command line adapter, to use it, you need to have the Subversion
CLI installed and in your PATH.
