That problem would be way below the Subclipse layers. WSAStartup is a
Winsock function. I imagine it would be called from APR, which is called
from JavaHL, which is called from Subclipse. All I can think of is the
JavaHL DLL picking up incompatible dependencies, but even that seems
unlikely as I thought APR was compiled static with the version of JavaHL
that went with that version of Subclipse.

Sorry. If you update to RAD 6 at some point, Subclipse gets a lot better.
