I am not aware of a Wiki for Subclipse.

I am not sure you really need to put the binaries in your PATH, but that
is up to you. You probably could have just run the command from the
installed directory, since it is really just a one-time thing.

I do think there are some subtle differences between a Cygwin version and
a Windows version. If you plan on using the Cygwin version with the same
WC's as Subclipse, then you might be well advised to try to compile a
Cygwin-version of the JavaHL library and have Subclipse use that.
