Copy .svn to class dir after commit

Hi,

I have a strange behavior in Rational Application Developer (based on
Eclipse 3).

I added .svn to the filtered resources in the java/compiler preferences.

When I build or clean and build the project everything is fine.

But when I change a file and commit it, the .svn directory of the file's
parent directory from the src directory gets copied to the classes
directory.
After that subversion has problems with the classes directory - of course.

It only happens when I commit the file. It doesn't happen when I just
change the file.

I noticed something similar in Eclipse 3.0.1 when I tried it. But I
didn't take the time to reproduce the problem.

Any thoughts?
Any solutions?

Thanks,
Ingo
