Did you try to accept certificate option or running svn info?

svn+ssh has the same certificate problems as https: and is generally more
difficult to get working. Use https: if possible, you just need to accept
the certificate one-time using the svn command line.

Say you have

workspace
  |- ProjectA
     |- src

I mean that ProjectA has a .svn subfolder. CD to that folder in command
prompt and try to run svn info.
