Commit problems with 0.9.24 and 0.9.25

Hi

I just installed Eclipse and Subclipse. I have configured the subclipse
repositoriy with my username and a blank password. The repository have
blank passwords to make life easy for the users, it doen't have any
negative security issues because the users trust and server access
possibilities (so you don't need to comment that it is bad to have blank
passwords). The repository is configured to allow anonymous checkouts
but require auth to checkin. The auth in this case is just to get a
username on the commit, besides that anon checkins could be allowed.

With this setup I have used subversion since the same day 1.0 was
released with no problems at all. From subclipse I can browse, checkout
projects. When I have done some changes and do a checkin I get an error
that the authorization control failed (I use a swedish translation, so I
don't know the exact wording).
If I then use a terminal window and do the checkin and from the
commandline, giving the blank password, everything is fine.
After that I can use subclipse to perform checkins, since svn already
have the password for this project.
I was about to file an issue for this, but I didn't find anywhere to
enter it.

Short summary: Authentication for svn:// repositories with blank
passwords doen't work.

//Snaggen, not on this list, so cc me any questions.
