I completely agree. Synchronization is a must also for us. For example I
work sometimes a couple of days without committing anything to the
repository but before I do commit I always review all my modifications thus
this is a very important feature for me.

I have no idea, but as far as I see subclipse itself is a rather complicated
plug-in and I just wonder whether synchronization is really such a big
issue.
