Sorry bout that, I only sent the because Synchronization does work for small
non-java projects. This was a piece of data that made me think you
(whomever you are) actually got it working.

When I found the variance I followed what the site said to do...
"Note: the 3.0 Subclipse is a work in progress, and as such is missing a few
features (such as synchronization). Please check the issue tracker and
mailing lists before reporting problems."

So, I was checking with the mailing list. Perhaps next time I'll look at
the issue tracker prior to posting.
