Synchronization refers to the Team -> Synchronize action. Your problem
sounds like something with line ending differnces. You might explore the
preferences for the Compare editor in Eclipse to see if it has something
that will help give better results. Perhaps "Ignore Whitespace" will make
a difference? There is a preference under Team -> SVN to show compare
results in a dialog. I have never explored that option but perhaps it
just runs an svn diff and shows the diff output?
