Although it was introduced in 3.1, it is not a 3.1 specific change and
would help subclipse's usability.
At the moment (and for the foreseeable future) i do not use subversion
or subclipse at all, so there is very little motivation to fix bugs. It
is looking very unlikely that my workplace will be adopting svn.
Exactly what broken stuff are you talking about?
