McClain, thanks for summarizing status. (Looks like I picked the wrong
day to try and upgrade my subversion setup... <grin>.)

Can you clarify (or point me to something that would clarify) what is
meant by "issues which can probably be fixed by not shipping the native
bits..."?

So for me as a win32 user, what I think I hear you recommending is to
install subversion 1.1rc2 and subclipse 0.9.16 (pending the answer to
the question above)?
