CVS to SVN is leading to unhappy Eclipse users

I have a small team on CVS and there is a bit of a mandate to move them over
to SVN. Alas, they seem to like the Synchronize feature which does not work
in Subclipse. Does any one know what the Subclipse road map looks like?
