9.13 synchronization errors after install

After updating to 9.13 I can't synchronize files any
more it keeps poping up error windows in particular:

An internal error occurred during: "Synchronizing SVN
(/myproject)"

java.lang.NullPointerException
at
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core.sync.SVNWorkspaceSubscriber.findChanges(SVNWorkspaceSubscriber.java:250)
at
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core.sync.SVNWorkspaceSubscriber.refresh(SVNWorkspaceSubscriber.java:219)
at
org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.core.sync.SVNWorkspaceSubscriber.refresh(SVNWorkspaceSubscriber.java:200)
at
org.eclipse.team.internal.ui.synchronize.RefreshSubscriberJob.run(RefreshSubscriberJob.java:279)
at
org.eclipse.core.internal.jobs.Worker.run(Worker.java:66)

I had to revert back to 9.13 to fix this problem..
any help would be apreciated.. thanks!
