Re: Refactoring in Eclipse

This was an issue with the Subversion Java bindings that has been fixed
(http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1740) and I am
assuming in the Subversion 1.1 code.

You should be able to switch over to using the Command Line interface to
see the correct behaviour (Preferences->Team->SVN ... general settings)
