Problem committing - "/home/ralph is not a working copy"

I've installed Subclipse 0.9.10 into Eclipse 3.0 under linux, and it's
awesome to have everything integrated into my favorite IDE, but I'm
having trouble committing changes to my code. When I try to commit, I
get an error message saying:

org.tigris.subversion.svnclientadapter.commandline.CmdLineException:
svn: '/home/ralph' is not a working copy

One of the other guys around here has installed Subclipse in the same
configuration as mine, and he doesn't have any trouble. Any ideas?
